Return and Refund Policy

At Rachael’s Maids, we offer a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. We offer a full refund on all items except custom made items. Custom orders cannot be refunded

To be eligible for a return, your item (s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Capes must not be washed, free of pet hair and debris, pin marks and not altered.  Items not returned in original condition will be denied a refund

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once approved for a return, use your preferred track-able and insured shipment method. Keep a record of your shipment.

The Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.. Please remember it can take anywhere from 5-7 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Exchanges

Items can be exchanged if we are contacted within 30 days that your order has been delivered. Exchanges will only be acceptable provided that the item is in its original packaging, still tagged, unused and free of animal hairs or dust. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any exchange related query. 

Custom orders cannot be exchanged

Damages & Issues

All our creations go through a thorough quality check process. However please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that custom made items cannot be returned

Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item after contacting us at [email protected].
